Mackenzie Barry Summer School Bursaries Pat Williamson
Assistance is given annually to students of any discipline for summer study. Applications are accepted until April 30. Amounts given vary by grade and type of summer program.

Madeleine Till Student Teacher Award Geraldine Pugh
An award open only to members of our Student Teacher Auxiliary, any discipline, and is based on the level of progress shown in a given year. Applications are accepted until September 30.
Amount awarded: $200
Charles Palmer Memorial Organ Award Pat Williamson
This award is presented once every two years (in the even years) to a deserving organ student. The award is based on progress shown and teacher reference. Applications are accepted until November 30.

Helen Gibson Award Louise Holland
The award will be given annually to a deserving student of any discipline who has completed their RCM Level 10 with a member of the Victoria branch of the BCRMTA and is preparing for their ARCT performer's or teacher's examination with a member of the Victoria branch.
Applications are accepted until October 15.

Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival Pat Williamson
Through the GVPAF, we annually present awards for excellence in festival classes as determined by the adjudicators. Awards are given in piano, voice, strings, woodwinds and guitar in all levels (junior to open). The awards are under the direction of the GVPAF scholarship chairperson.
Musical Community Service Awards
Through the BCRMTA, students are encouraged to volunteer by sharing their music in the community. Certificates are awarded based on the number of volunteer hours. Certificates are issued twice a year after receipt of the application and record form. The deadlines for submission are October 1st and May 1st.
